Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ve chv\u00edli, kdy se z b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed stane nekontrolovateln\u00fd koloto\u010d. \u010clov\u011bk p\u0159em\u00edt\u00e1 nad minulost\u00ed, ob\u00e1v\u00e1 se budoucnosti a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e, kter\u00e9 se mo\u017en\u00e1 nikdy nestanou. Ve\u010dern\u00ed p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed pak aktivuje nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m a t\u011blo z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v pohotovosti. P\u0159esto\u017ee le\u017e\u00edte v posteli, organismus nen\u00ed p\u0159ipraven p\u0159ej\u00edt do re\u017eimu odpo\u010dinku. A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt usnut\u00ed mnohem slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.  Co nej\u010dast\u011bji stoj\u00ed za ve\u010dern\u00edm p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm?  Dlouhodob\u00fd stres a psychick\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. Pracovn\u00ed povinnosti a tlak na v\u00fdkon. Obavy z budoucnosti. Nevy\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 osobn\u00ed probl\u00e9my. Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed telefonu p\u0159ed span\u00edm. Nedostatek odpo\u010dinku b\u011bhem dne. Perfekcionismus a vysok\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u016f\u010di sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu. Klidn\u00e1 noc neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v posteli, ale mnohem d\u0159\u00edve Ve skute\u010dnosti kvalitn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 d\u00e1vno p\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e si lehnete do postele. D\u016fle\u017eitou roli hraje pravideln\u00fd re\u017eim, omezen\u00ed modr\u00e9ho sv\u011btla z obrazovek, dostatek pohybu b\u011bhem dne i schopnost v\u011bdom\u011b zpomalit.
