Fazole, hr\u00e1ch nebo \u010do\u010dka jsou zdrav\u00e9 a dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b zasytit, tak\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk pak ani nem\u00e1 chu\u0165 na mls\u00e1n\u00ed.  Kdy\u017e to nefunguje?  Kdy\u017e zm\u011bna j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku nen\u00ed pro t\u011blo dostate\u010dn\u00fdm stimulem k tomu, aby za\u010dalo hubnout, je na \u0159ad\u011b nejsp\u00ed\u0161e kontaktovat odborn\u00edka. Nemus\u00ed se rovnou jednat o obezitologii, ale klidn\u011b i v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9ho poradce.
