Sna\u017ete se b\u00fdt objektivn\u00ed.\t\tVhodn\u011b se oble\u010dte.\t\tNacvi\u010dte si neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikaci.\tSna\u017ete se p\u016fsobit p\u0159irozen\u011b, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 si dejte pozor na to, abyste m\u011bli pevn\u00fd stisk ruky. D\u00edvejte se lidem do o\u010d\u00ed, ale nikoho nehypnotizujte. Se\u010fte rovn\u011b, ukazujte lidem ruce, neo\u0161\u00edvejte se a nikde se ne\u0161kr\u00e1bejte.
